Home Exercise Program: Choose Your Level
Welcome to our home exercise program, designed to keep you fit and active during our summer closure. We will be closed for the gym throughout August, so we’ve put together a series of exercises that can be done at home, with options for different fitness levels.
We recommend starting at Level 1 and gradually progressing to higher levels as you feel more comfortable and confident. Listen to your body, and choose the level that best suits your current fitness level. Let’s get moving and stay on track with your fitness goals!
